My wife and I began house hunting probably back in 2010. We had lived in an apartment for about 6 - 8 months when we started looking. Unfortunately the realtor we went with originally was not very helpful. We let them know up front we were first time home buyers, but this didn't seem to matter to them whatsoever. We viewed a few houses before we came to one we thought about putting an offer on (at the time that 8000 tax rebate was going on) so the realtor showing the house was trying to pressure us into buying for that reason. We ended up not buying and walked away upset at the realtor and never called them back for any help. We lived in another apartment for about a year and a half when we decided to give house hunting another shot. Through a friend of a friend, we met Jenny Moats. From the beginning she was very friendly, very understanding, and always right there when we needed her most. We probably looked at close to 30 houses with her, and never once did she get frustrated with us, never once did she pressure us, or try to use scare tactics to get us to buy. Jenny is a very down to earth and a professional realtor. She is very knowledgeable of the field and has a keen sense on when to step back and let the home buyer have a moment to themselves and when to jump in and share advice and information when looking at properties. If we ever sell our home we definitely know who to call! She really made the home buying process fun and easy to understand and stress free as possible.
