| I was a social worker for 17 years, before making a major career change into real estate. I worked as an in home family counselor before building my own family counseling program through a non-profit agency. I provided supervision to 8-12 counselors and therapists and enjoyed building relationships with all kinds of families and my team. Real estate was a logical transition because so much of real estate is about building relationships and helping people meet their goals. As a family counselor, I understand the emotions that can go into buying and selling a home. I exude a long history of a strong commitment to care, quality service, compassion, and a determination for positive outcomes and change. I grew up in Des Moines and currently live in Altoona with my husband, Blaine, and two daughters, Alex and Ellie. I love sports, running, camping, playing with my family, and laughing with my friends. I belong to Altoona Christian Church where I am active in the youth programs, the outreach committee, and with the shut-ins. I am very excited to be a part of the Keller Williams team.
